Ciel Variable aims to identify and examine photographic practices that share the ground with contemporary art processes, new image technologies and matters related to global culture. Each issue features a thematic section containing extensive portfolios of artworks, accompanied by essays written by specialized authors, interviews as well as exhibition and book reviews. A bilingual magazine of more than 100 pages, published three times per year in Montréal.
